At first I did. But then I got used to it and my body straightened itself out over the next night of sleep.

When you do wake up and find you can’t go back to sleep, do something mindless like folding clothes, sorting laundry or washing dishes. Or read! Something that doesn’t challenge your mind or body and helps you be productive so the time doesn’t feel wasted. And stay away from screens!
