Absolutely! This article is on point, Manj. It’s kind of paradoxical that by focusing on our own growth we can actual fall into the trap of a fixed mindset (as opposed to a growth mindset). We can be so obsessed with improvement that we don’t realize we are actually trapping ourselves in a never-ending rat race. Have you heard of the Enneagram? This article makes me think of Type 3’s, who have the hardest time appreciating what they have because they believe their worth is tied up in being successful at the next thing they do.
